NOW UK is part of a Group-wide initiative, open to all employees, to drive action and create an open platform for discussion and the further awareness of the importance of gender equality.
It provides a networking platform to facilitate collaboration, discuss challenges and support female colleagues in fulfilling their career goals.
Along with an active membership of over 100 employees, the group holds ‘lunch and learn’ meetings, which facilitate discussion on important gender focussed topics – with women mentors from within Hanson also sharing their knowledge and experiences.
