At Heidelberg Materials, we believe that great people make great things happen. Our Chipping Sodbury site, near Bristol, is home to many of our key functions that support the business.
Our Operational Finance teams are based in Chipping Sodbury, this includes personnel from Management Accounting, Customer Accounts, Business Intelligence and Employee Services departments. They all play a vital role in helping operational teams across the business deliver excellence every day.

Maternity policy: From 6 weeks full base pay or 90% of average earnings (whichever is higher) followed by 6 weeks at full base pay + 12 weeks at 50% to 6 weeks full base pay or 90% of average earnings (whichever is higher) followed by 12 weeks at full base pay and 8 weeks at 50%.
Paternity policy: From 2 weeks full pay to 3 weeks full pay.
Adoption policy: From statutory pay to 6 weeks full base pay or 90% of average earnings (whichever is higher) followed by 12 weeks at full base pay and 8 weeks at 50% (in line with our maternity policy).
