Hanson held it's first Early Talent Conference this year, bringing together LEAD apprentices, graduates and other early talent, under the theme of Building a Stronger Future Together.
It was an opportunity for the attendees to learn more about key topics such as sustainability and digitalisation; connect with senior managers and members of the executive team; share their ideas and suggestions for the business; and build lasting relationships.
